Itinerary
Day 1: Kayak Llachon to Taquile 1 Day
- Early morning transfer from your hotel in Puno to the port.
- Depart by private motor boat to Llachon, a scenic village on the Capachica Peninsula, where your kayaking adventure begins.
- Receive a safety briefing and get equipped with top-quality kayak gear. Meet your certified guide.
- Begin the kayak crossing across the heart of Lake Titicaca, from Llachon to Taquile Island, enjoying panoramic views and total serenity.
- Arrive at a less-visited section of Taquile Island, known for its rich cultural heritage and artisan textiles.
- Interact with local families and explore the island before returning by motor boat.
- On the way back, stop for a guided visit to the Uros Floating Islands, where you’ll learn about their unique way of life.
- Return to Puno and transfer to your hotel.
