Itinerary

Day 1: Puno – Uros Floating Islands – Amantani Island

Morning pick-up from your hotel in Puno
Transfer to the port and board the motorboat
First stop at the Uros reed floating islands
- Guided visit and interaction with Uros families
Continue to Amantani Island (approx. 3 hours by boat)
Arrival and welcome by host families
Traditional lunch prepared by your host
Afternoon hike (optional) to Pachatata or Pachamama hilltops for panoramic lake views and a spiritual experience
Dinner and overnight with host family on Amantani Island

Day 2: Amantani – Taquile Island – Puno

Early breakfast with your host family
Depart by boat to Taquile Island
Guided visit to the main village and terraces
Learn about Taquile’s famous textile traditions, recognized by UNESCO
Lunch at a local restaurant (not included)
Return boat ride to Puno
Drop-off at your hotel
